SAP BusinessObjects is a very large and complex system, and it is often difficult to get meaningful insight on the inner workings, structure, content, and usage of the platform. Seemingly simple questions can often be difficult to answer: For example, which reports are pointed to the Sales Universe? Which users have accessed the Quarterly Finance Report within the last 30 days? Which reports have a Free-Hand SQL data provider? What users have been granted access and what type of permissions do they have? This session will explain how to create your very own custom reports using the CMS and Audit databases. Attendees will learn how to query and interpret the data from their SAP BusinessObjects platform in order to deliver reports for management, administrators, and end-users.
