Monitoring Scheduled Instances Made Simple

Monitoring Scheduled Instances Made Simple via 360 Suite, Active Directory, and WebI Publications

IDEX has 400+ Developers and 1700+ users – all of whom have the authority to schedule a document.  Monitoring these Scheduled Instances’ set-up was a chore until we simplified and automated it.  How? – using the 360 Suite Universes, some simple data from Active Directory (AD), and WebI Publications.   By creating Linked Universes (to the 360 Universes) and adding in some simple AD tables we’re able to create monitoring documents looking for all sorts of self-inflicted wounds – document owners or schedulers or email recipients no longer with IDEX, schedules about to expire or excessively paused, invalid spelling of the IDEX domain, etc. Also, monitoring for information security – recipients outside of IDEX, document – recipient matrix by location, etc. (Monitoring Scheduled Instances Made Simple via 360 Suite, Active Directory, and WebI Publications)
