Building a Self-Service Culture at PSCU

There are always trials and tribulations when it comes to data and how best to provide access to the end users who need it.  In this session, you’ll learn how and why PSCU built a self-service analytics culture throughout the organization and throughout their member base utilizing the BusinessObjects platform.  We’ll discuss the phased approach that was used as well as some of the challenges that were encountered along the way.  In addition, we’ll share how we fostered adoption of the self-service model and how we maintain data governance with a self-service solution.
